Facebook Testing Search Ads
Despite a failed past effort, Facebook is looking to test search marketing ads on the platform. The test is limited to the US and Canada and is currently offered only to retail related advertisers in categories such as automotive and e-commerce. The move is an effort to grab a piece of the lucrative search marketing market that competitors such as Pinterest, Amazon, and Yelp are currently capitalizing on.
